It’s probably a good sign you need to slow down and not expect to be on a creative roll every single day.
I used to work on art at least a little bit every single day, and it definitely worked for a while, but now I find it better to just have one day where I work on art for 8+ hours and give myself time to focus more on my day job or other non-art related responsibilities the other 6 days of the week. I may go back to the former strategy once the latter no longer works and vice-versa, it depends on my current mood and what works with that mood.
