My therapy appointment went super well.

The irony is, I'm repeatedly stating I'm probably nuts, and I'm most likely not - but I'm feeling an amount of mellowness from talking to her about this whole funky shit and (maybe) opening the door to talk to my parents about it too.

I'm not even scared it'll come back anymore with friends.
