I feel like I'm on top of the universe right now, and it's weird.
My head hurts, a little...I feel like I'm gonna barf, like something's gonna come out of me.
Or something, it's weird. Like my body is inwardly burning, but I'm not seeing flame.
What a load of crap, man.
But - I'm sure I'll be fine, really. I hope. I just need to chill for a little bit. Need to pray. Gotta think.
How are you all? Plus, there's a zit on my neck. Blegh.

It sounds like you may have late night heartburn, at least its late at night where I am. Eating salty or spicy foods can make it act up, especially if you eat laying down. Drink some water and maybe eat a slice of bread, maybe enjoy something relaxing to calm your nerves.
