Make sure you get at least one full day off to just sleep, too. It does wonders for my mood, personally, even if I feel guilty for not making any art on those days off.

But really, I've had an odd week and I'm hoping to remedy that by changing my outlook/routine.
Besides, demons hate positivity - so if I change my routine and attitude, it'll go away.

I slept almost all day today and now I have to (quietly) entertain myself until 3 or 4 in the morning when I’ll likely be sleepy again. At least I’m more rested and less agitated than yesterday, and the reason I have a weird sleep schedule now is because I work late night shifts, so I’m still getting about 8-11 hours of sleep a day, it’s just that I’m a nocturnal vampire right now.
